The goal is to increase our capacity so we can serve a larger and more diverse group of customers while also improving how and where we sell. I hope to enhance the business display using metal cages and find a more visible and customer-friendly location. Above all, I want to promote handmade, sustainable products that are both beautiful and environmentally conscious.

Goals

In the short term, I want to improve the current production process and create a stronger presence in the market. Over time, I aim to open more production and sales centers, creating more jobs in the community. I hope to build a recognizable brand rooted in tradition and quality. Ultimately, I envision a large, thriving business that can employ over 50 people and serve as a training hub for young people who want to learn pottery and earn a living through their craft.
