The neighborhood of Fequier in Cite Soleil has poor access to safe water. We would like to install a bio-sand filter provided by the organization Clean Water for Haiti.
Details
The 100 inhabitants of Fequier have to walk a mile to get water from a private company and then typically carries it back in containers on their heads. They must pay about 5 cents for each bucket.
