Overview
Help Networking for Society Development Organization to implement the project of solving among of the main challenges facing youth in Tanzania which is unemployment caused by population increase hence accumulation of skilled and unskilled youth. Project aims at increasing opportunities for youth access to implement self employment based on profit making through cultivation of high value crops by using irrigation technology and equipping 200 youth on moneymaker pumps to increase employment

Grouping and engaging youth in high value crops cultivation through irrigation technology in rural area by sustainable agriculture and horticulture training, using moneymaker pumps as irrigation technology to be distributed, implementation of gardens, follow up training and support.Engage youth in government loan without interest that provide youth farmers strengthening to the production in Tanzania. We will be able to help youth to support themselves through agriculture and avoid other problems
Long-Term Impact
Engaging youth in high value crops production will not only improve food security, but will create a vibrant local food economy that employs youth and merchants in Tanzania, Also, this will also lead to an increase in food and thus help the whole community. Aiming at helping 10000 youth's families to get employment within five years of implementing this project in Tanzania mainland is our long term impact. We cannot get there without your help, so we ask for your cooperation through donation.
