The Coordinator should contact private and government agencies to develop revenue streams that can cover the cost of operation. This includes two full-time salaried positions, and the position of the coordinator, who works with various officials to develop and implement strategies necessary to launch and maintain program. In addition, the program requires the use of a small pickup truck and trailer, and the quad vehicles which will be used in the performance of duties. The coordinator targets areas of garbage accumulation and directs crews to areas needing work.
