Tours for travelers who want to learn what life is really like in Zanzibar and Dar es Salaam.
Reality tours are meant to be self-sustaining and to create a profit that can be used for Visionary Society Projects.
We should set a maximum number of guests for each tour (8 people?).
Maybe some partners can assist guides, supporting them with extra income to fund their education or business, and boosting their confidence by enabling them to meet people from all over the world.
Should we allow participants to choose the Projects or Organizations we visit?
Publicity
Global sites: Tripadvisor, Airbnb Experiences, Viator. We need to prepare a professional and intriguing introduction, along with good photos.
Local travel agencies. Work with some of the many tour agencies (giving them a percentage of sales), and publicize online on existing tour sites such as Aviator and Tripadvisor.
Direct advertising on our website.
