Partners
Local partners will be carefully selected based on their potential for creating meaningful and impactful projects, their current needs, and their sensitivity to the community and Visionary Society principles.

Strategy
Number of Partners: Up to 15
Community Projects: One primary Visionary Society project and one secondary project

Budget: $5,000 (Maximum)
1. Gatherings and Workshops – $200 each.
Number of Gatherings to be determined.
Snacks: $100 per gathering
Venue: $100 per gathering.

2. Training and Guide Support – $375
Guide Compensation: $375 ($25 per partner for 15 partners)
Training Sessions: $5 per partner (Partners attend centralized training sessions where they watch instructional videos, and a guide supervises and answers questions.)
Project Support: $15 per partner ($10 – Project Creation: Guide assists partner in selecting a project [30 minutes] and completing the online project form [1.5 hours]. $5 – Project Update: Partner visits the central location for project progress updates. Miscellaneous: $5.

3. Partner Grants – Up to $1,500
Grant Amount: $100 per partner to support project initiation
Additional funding may be provided based on project progress and needs

4. Community Project Fund – $2,000
Supports Two Community-Wide Projects Annually
Focus on significant local needs and collective impact

5. Reality Tours (Funds provided for this separately)

6. Management and Operations – $1,000
Budget allocated for operational costs, including program management, communications, and tracking (managed by Biruk and assistants)

Timeline and milestones
Stage 1: Partner recruitment, initial training, and project launch. At least one community project begins.
Stage 2 (month 4-6): Midterm progress review, initiation of the second community project.
Stage 3 (month 7-9): Ongoing project support, partner evaluations, and updates.
Stage 4 (month 10-12): Final evaluations, completion of community projects, and reporting.
Duration: 12 months, with potential for extension based on funding and project success.
