Each year Visionary Society should create at least one project that benefits the community as a whole in a meaningful way.
● Visionary Society will provide necessary funds to get started. Paid staff will be involved when needed.
● Volunteers will be encouraged to participate. Volunteers will reduce the need for paid staff. Local partners are asked to volunteer in the community project at least a small way.
● Community Projects are created by Visionary Society itself (as opposed to Personal Projects, which are created by individuals to accomplish a goal or dream of their own).
Secondary Projects
Visionary Society Staff and Members may select any secondary community Project. Secondary Projects are anything that improves the life of the population in a meaningful way, such as helping people in need or addressing a social problem, such as the disabled, sick or elderly, orphans, but especially by providing tools for contined learning and independent action.

Primary Project: Visionary Society Center
The Center is a place anyone can come to make a fresh start in thinking about their own life and society. To review their present life and what it could take to achieve their hopes and dreams.
Goals
● Provide a genuine welcome to Visionary Society.
● Open to anyone who wants to question their life and make a better world.
● Learn about one’s needs and dreams. Help decide what path to take to a better life, and provide resources for getting started.
How it works
We need a central location or center where guests can arrive, but this does not have to be a permanent location, and we do need to keep costs low.
● Discuss the current life of the guest, including their ummet needs.
● Talk about their hopes and dreams. And their talents and skills?
● Develop a plan to move forward.
● Help guests create a Personal project.
● Create a Profile to find additional assistance.
(Connect with tourists, Reality tour, etc.)

The center is to be staffed by the Guide, someone who understands Visionary Society, is sensitive to the lives of others, and knows about the tools and resources available in the community.
